Andre Choi joined Force 13 Marketing in March 2005 as Senior Technical Advisor and Project Manager. His role is to design and implement complex back-end functionality to ensure that corporate websites and databases behave the way they were meant to. In addition, his cross-functional experience and knowledge of technical practices have allowed him to work successfully on key client projects that go beyond the realm of marketing, including Sarbanes-Oxley implmentations and ISO 9001 quality management programs.

Before joining Force 13, Andre served as IT manager for Quick Eagle Networks, a Sunnyvale-based network equipment manufacturer. While there, he was directly responsible for several multi-departmental projects in business automation, process improvement, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

An IT veteran with more than 10 years experience, Andre has achieved numerous industry-recognized certifications. He is a Sun Certified System Administrator, a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, and a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. Andre holds a master of science degree in telecommunications management and a bachelor of science degree in financial accounting, both from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
